Italian inspiration, Greek hospitality: A warm embrace

Il Borgo embodies traditional Ionian stone with cool, contemporary Italian chic, set in a stunning sea-view location, just a stone's throw from the beautiful, cosmopolitan Fiskardo.
The two private villas, Casa di Clò and Casa di Giò, each feature their own private pools. Nestled amidst landscaped Mediterranean gardens at the tip of the wooded peninsula that protects the harbor of Fiskardo, these villas offer stunning, uninterrupted panoramic sea views.
Italian owners Walter Fagnoni and his wife, Elda Ricci moved to Greece at a young age, driven by dreams of adventure and breathtaking landscapes, while exploring business opportunities. In the 1970s, they opened the first-ever Italian restaurant in Greece and eventually found their corner of paradise in Fiskardo. Here, the summer sun is long and comforting and life is surrounded by the deep evergreen of olive, cypress, and hollyoak trees. Summer days are spent swimming, snorkeling, and fishing in the translucent turquoise sea.

Perched in a secluded location at the tip of the promontory sheltering the beautiful Venetian fishing village of Fiskardo, Casa di Clò and Casa di Giò offer stunning, uninterrupted views across the Ionian Sea to mythical Ithaka, towering Lefkada, the discreet Meganisi, and the alluring mountains of the mainland beyond. Just a 500-meter walk down a cleared path from the village’s many restaurants, cafés, and boutiques, the villas are perfectly situated to tick all your holiday boxes.
